1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tpower88 ("tpower88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tpower88 website located at tpower88.org and all services, products, and content made available through it (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the tpower88 login page, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the tpower88 platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

Use of the tpower88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tpower88 does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of tpower88 Services, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person. You may only hold one active account at tpower88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep it updated. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tpower88 login credentials. You must notify tpower88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC verification. tpower88 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or at any other time at tpower88's discretion.
• Account non-transferability. Your tpower88 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tpower88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported methods. tpower88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and other approved online banking channels as listed in the cashier section of your account.
• Minimum deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or payment method.
• Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. tpower88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times. tpower88 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements.
• Matched deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in funds being returned and the associated account being reviewed.
• Currency. All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR. tpower88 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tpower88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiple, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms and displayed in your account dashboard.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. tpower88 reserves the right to void bonuses where it reasonably suspects abuse of promotional terms.
• tpower88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any qualifying activity completed prior to withdrawal will be honoured.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds in a player's wallet. Where a player holds both real money and bonus funds, the order of use will be as specified in the account cashier.
• Any winnings derived from free spins or free bets are credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.
• Where tpower88 determines that a bonus has been obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or collusion, tpower88 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules govern gameplay across all tpower88 products including the live casino, slots, sportsbook, and 4D lottery:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of each bet before confirming. tpower88 is not liable for errors made by the player in placing bets.
• tpower88 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced, where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, and per event type are as specified in the relevant game or sportsbook rules. tpower88 reserves the right to limit winnings at its discretion where an error has occurred.
• All casino game outcomes — including live dealer games — are subject to the rules of the respective game provider. tpower88 is not responsible for game decisions made by live dealers or determined by certified RNG processes.
• Disconnections during live games: if a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server. tpower88 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet service.
• tpower88 uses game providers whose RNG systems are independently certified. Published RTP figures are provided for informational purposes and represent long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed returns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tpower88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including chip dumping in live poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profits.
• Opening more than one account or accessing the platform on behalf of a self-excluded person.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reproducing any part of the tpower88 platform without prior written consent.
• Providing false identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tpower88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of tpower88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the tpower88 platform without prior written authorisation from tpower88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• tpower88 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tpower88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Services.
• tpower88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party game provider errors.
• tpower88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in this Agreement limits tpower88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

tpower88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks from Account Settings.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting tpower88 support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

tpower88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any term of this Agreement.
• tpower88 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised against a deposit made to your account.
• tpower88 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

Upon account termination for breach, tpower88 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real money balances pending investigation. Real money balances determined to be legitimately yours following investigation will be returned via the original payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting tpower88 support at [email protected]. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your nominated MYR payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

tpower88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Continued use of the tpower88 Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting tpower88 support.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution as appropriate under the applicable jurisdiction.
